Hypnobabies

I am broadly educated as a birth doula and can confidently assist families in any type of birth that they choose. In addition to my standard doula certification, I am certified as a Hypno-Doula through Hypnobabies.

Hypnobabies is complete childbirth education with a focus on self-hypnosis for relaxation during your birthing time. During the summer of 2011 I completed my training with Mandy Schutt, and the following fall I observed a full Hypnobabies class with Sheridan Ripley in order to further solidify those skills.
